TweetSame happened to me one time when I was doing deadlifts with 700 lbs. I just stood there stooped over holding the bar and couldn't go anywhere. Finally, somebody came over and let me know I could just let go since the weight was on the floor to start with. Good thing too cause I was starting to get blue in the face.
