Have you been eating same amount of calories throughout the cycle?

I alter my routine very frequently when I'm on gear, I find my muscles adapt alot faster to the same training methods, so I like to change it up often. Consider altering your routine or upping calories.

I would follow Fluids advice and up the calories and change your routine. For me, gains start to slow around weeks 8-10 while I'm on.

Sure, just add another shake in there bro! You gotta eat to grow! Are you keeping your diet really clean?

Bull, I got your pm but I haven't had the time to respond but I do believe that you just have to add in another meal or high calorie snack as though 22 lbs that you know have also need to be accounted for...when you started you were eating you were trying to gain from 165 but now you're trying to gain from 187 which is substaintually more. Add in another 1000cal where ever you can and hopefully more poundage will come your way.

Hopefully some of this makes sense.

22 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. but i agree with aragorn, a 187 pound body needs more than a 165 pound body. you have to up your calories towards the end of a cycle.

bull, if you can't eat more food then take a shake and add like 1000 more calories to the diet.....as for the lifting program, what does it look like? you could alter it around some.....like said above you are working with 22lbs more than when you started so you have to work harder now than before
