TweetI think it's a bad idea bro. Why would you eat carbs to go to work and sit at a desk? Makes more sense to me to eat them around your workouts. The "no carbs after 6" thing is pure BS if you ask me. No carb is a VERY bad idea for a BBer. PM me if you need some help or whatever.

TweetI have been doing a CKD diet for about 3wks now. Im doing a lot of cardio and even though I have leaned up a bit IT HAS BEEN HELL. I think I need carbs to function normally, so Im introducing oatmeal and brown rice into my diet.

TweetI think CKD's are cool. It doesn't work well for me, as I need a bit of carbs in my daily diet or I start to feel like shit and my workouts suffer. But they work for a lot of people.
