I really liked the split method! I usually do a 4 weeks on, 4weeks off, then back on for 4 weeks

TweetI do not get the same results with it any more. Back in the early 80's you would blow up on it, now I think the t-bol has worked better, but still not great. I use to use test and d-bol way back in the late 70'd and I'd get my weight up to 270. Now my weight stays around 230 no matter what I have used. I think it has to do with age. Of course this is said all in fun.
