I manage a bottled water company. I am on the road 2-3 days a week making deliveries. Each bottle weighs 48 lbs and carry 2 at a time. Also the cart I load will weigh in excess of 650 lbs. I have to push it in some building approximately 1/4mile up some ramps into the building.
It tires me out somewhat, but by the time I reach the gym, I am ready for a good hard workout.
It hasn't really had an effect on me during a cycle. Just figure it as extra reps for training.
Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!

My job consists of data collection, data entry and data interpretation - not physically demanding but is stressful.

Im in management, while my job isnt physical, the stress of it makes it that much more enjoyable to hit the gym hard

I work in an office so physically it is not a problem. And most days that I am in town my schedule works out perfect for me to get in the gym. If I have to work late, I usually still go to the gym on time and just come back after to finish. It makes for a great break from the office. What kills me is that I travel quite a bit. I always take workout clothes, but am almost never either able to find a gym or have time for days in a row.

      that's a good one, i like that.

myself, i work for a municipality, basically lab work, on a regular schedule so i usually have no excuse for not being in the gym, personal issues lately i have to overcome but work is usually not a factor. i can eat meals pretty much whenever i want too which is cool.

I work in sales so I am on the road a lot so those days definitely are tougher to get to the gym after being on the road all day or overnight in a different town. It is also a lot harder to eat clean when traveling too. I also deal with a lot of medical professionals so am always concerned about that they may suspect AAS use if I get too huge and ripped.

I know exactly how you felt. I got a construction outfit crankin only for a few years. It got going so good and busy that I quit my profession and did it primarily for a couple years. The stress of pretty much every aspect of it was way too interfering with training, personal life, sleep, everything...not worth it. When I busted ass on the jobsite though I would bust out like I was in the gym with pumps. That was pretty cool.
