I have never used any but after my liver took a hit from being sick with Mono I don't really want to take any chances and for the few $$ it may as well be worth the try.

TweetLiv-52 is the best by far. I noticed a huge difference in my lipids when taking it versus the cycles I took nothing and I already have slightly elevated lipids. I don't think anything works as well as it does IMO. Also, I tried Milk Thistle and just about the time it starts to get in your system (6 weeks) I started getting all these little rashes and itchy skin. I stopped the Milk Thistle and in a few days it went a way. So, it turns out I'm allergic to Milk Thistle and the studies from Liv-52 prove it's more effective and it kicks in sooner. I was taking a pretty hig dose of drol and was getting bruising on my thighs. Someone mentioned it was the effects of the drol on my liver so I immediately doubled my Liv-52 and no more bruises. So, besides myself, the Liv-52 helped someone else on here too. It's the real deal.
