I had a workout partner years ago with a nose hair and bad breath problem. We were celebrating his B day at a bar and I gave him a nose hair trimmer. At first he was in denial but i told him to go the the bathroom right then and give it a shot. He is now a believer.

TweetSome folks never even learned to bath right. Much less the after bath hygiene. Clean the nose out with tissue paper real well. ears. check for hairs that might need trimming...They just have no clue.

TweetEAR CANDELING DOES NOT WORK!

i had a problem with an wax impaction back in october. it would only really bother me if i was sleeping on the ear. it would more or less close off and i'd wake up in the middle of the night and feel deaf in one ear. so i went to a GP and he tried this ear irrigation thing that did not work for an impaction. if someone wanted to have it done a couple times ayear, yes it would work wonders, but with the shit i had, no way. all it did was make it worse. remember me saying the wax only bothered me when i slept. after the first 2 times the nurse tried the ear irrigation, it was like that FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK! out of 100% hearing, i'd say that for a week i had about 40 or 50%. it was awful. so my GP recommended me to an ENT (ear nose and throat) and he got the job done in about 10 minutes. its the most god awful thing, not as far as pain is concerned, but just in an odd way. having a sharp scraper thingy that close to your ear drum, pretty intense. but man, after he was done it was like i had the hearing of a cat...or whatever animal hears well,lol. but i'd say that i hadn't had anything done as far as ear wax treatment since that appointment for, oh, 15 years or longer.

oh yeah, and another thing DO NOT USE Q-TIPS! THATS THE WORST THING YOU COULD POSSIBLY DO!
