well guys i have never really "cut down" and i need some help with my diet, my cardio is gonna be in the moring and in the night i need some help here is my diet.....................
1. bout 12 pack of bud light a day!
2. 2 cheese burgers
3. bag of chips
4 a burriot from moes
4 2-3 chili cheese dogs
and some other stuff thats what i eat weekely and i have to change it please help!!!

Last thing you need are roids in your system. Your liver will shrivel up and jump out your ass in rebellion. If you like beer, switch to non alcoholic. If you like the daily buzz, then you have other issues that need to be addressed. If you like chips, try baked stuff. Chheseburgers aren't really THAT bad depending on what you put on them. Burritos, fug it. Stop that shit. And hot dogs, Ball Park makes fat free dogs that I love! Try the fat free dogs, and some low fat chili. Other than that, if your goals are to bulk up without looking like the Pillsbury Dough Boy or the Michelin man, try a few peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. TweetI recently saw a picture of Byron since his diet. Several months have gone by, and he's assured me that he's stopped eating McDonalds food. He says now he's strictly going with Burger King since they're flame broiled. And he's switched to a 12 pack of Light Beer per day. And he's leaving the chili off his hot dogs now to save additional calories. He's gone with low fat chips, and is eating regular hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. The cheese is additional calories as well. He states he's also very actively doing yard work and stuff to keep his cardio up. I think he looks damn good.
