hey guys i've never tried t3 before but have used clen before and seem to have a high tolerance so i want to try some t3 with it. what would be a good way to cycle them together. would it be better to take a little deca or a little test with it to keep down the muscle loss.

      thanks.

you need to take some kind of aas with t-3, if its your first time ramp up to 10-125mcg then back down and see how you do but i would never take t-3 alone

ok let me help you since i did t-3 a few times and changed it a bit every time i did it. What i did learn was that you HAVE TO TAKE AAS WITH T-3... This is a must. I didnt think it would matter that much and would take some muscle loss with the t-3. Big mistake, i lost a ton of strenth, though i did loose a ton of fat too. So aas is a must. Now on the dose part you can do one of three ways. 1. the triditional way is to ramp up than ramp down. 2. Take a constant dose of 60mg throught the time your on. 3. Take no more than 12mcg every day, this is so you can get some t-3 effect but not shut down your normal production of t-3. Choic is yours as to how you want to run it. I may suggest that since its your first time do the ramp up/ramp down method to see how you react to the dose.

every 4 days you should chage the dose. As for time i would say 4-8 weeks. You should ramp up quick than back down slowly. There are several posts on t-3 wich will show you how to ramp it. Look in the faq secton of this board you should find it.

IMO, taking AAS isn't a must when taking T3. If protein intake is high enough while on T3 muscle loss can be prevented.
