How bad is yours? Everybody gets it. Some worse than others. I get it on just certain places like my arms and mid back. On a scale of 1-10, my itching is a 20. I never get a rash. But I have a damn back scratcher around me all the time and if I am outside, I grab a stick. Itching sucks. If Im in the sun, my itching is multiplied...I hardly itch at all in the winter..weird huh

Ive had this itch for about 20 years. Ive pretty much narrowed it down to sun exposure. Thats it. Its like an allergy to the sun. When I used to use tanning beds, I would itch so bad I thought I would lose my mind. I spend multiple hours a day outside working in t he sun and have to keep myself covered up as much as possible to keep the itching minimized

I have suffered from this for 23 years. I have scratched my arms till they have sores and that looks bad. I know it is an allergy but no Doc has been able to help me. Ice packs on the effected area all night was the only thing that gave relief.

Here's what I did this year that has cleared up the itching almost completely.

Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I take a drink with 2 Tbsp. every day, mix it in my Italian Salad Dressing Mix and sprinkle it on my salads. Since I started this I can count on one hand the nights I needed an ice pack just to fall asleep.

Drink: Heat 4-6oz. water add 2 Tbsp. ACV, 1/2 fresh lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. Local Honey

Anytime I'm itching and it's red and won't stop I'll take Benadryl that usually helps me. Obviously not for my face issues but it will for the rest of my body.

I notice I'll start itching more during the winter from dry skin. Not too bad in the summer, although I itch if I wear a shirt too long. As weird as that probably sounds. If I fall asleep with a shirt or tank top on at night, my chest and back itch like crazy when I get up lol.
