AS WELL IF I HAVEN'T WORKED LEGS IN A WHILE I WORK THEM 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CYCLE OR NO CYCLE KINDA O.C.D. BUT IT KEEPS ME ON THE UP. I AS WELL HAVE TO HAVE ALL MY PROTEIN I WILL BE TAKING THROUGH ON HAND. I SKITZ IF I THINK I WON'T HAVE ENOUGH. TweetI have a bad habit of jacking with the cycle. Once it's set, a few days will pass and I'll feel the need to change it up a bit (weeks, mg, workout routine). It drives me completely apeshit! But it's also part of the fun for me. I like the planning.
Tweeti usually dont lift for a week or so before my first injection. I overstock on protien- creatine- and all other supps. of course pct and pinz are a must. I always put a focus on a major mucle group that i want to train harder than the others and lay out a program accordingly.. once i'm stocked up and evrything is in order....it's go time!
