I should be way down by now! here it is.
I work Mids usually, so get up at noon:
Coffee first, then 30-45 mins cardio on bike.
Then either a chicken breast alone or a MRD.
About 3:00 cottage chesse? with Vegies
7:00 Diet lean burger 1/2-3/4 pound
!0:00 Another ckicken breast and maybe a small amount of vegies.
11:00+ maybe 8-12 micholobe lites and 10-12 crown royals royals straight.
So Wheres the hole???
Damn can anyone help with the pounds that are`nt melting off!
