TweetMost prohormones tell you on the back of the product do not use for more than 4 or 6 weeks. Most of them are 6 weeks. I've read the back of a few that are 2 weeks on 2 weeks on for 8 weeks total. So it depends on what the instructions say. 6-OXO is a good PCT.
