Tweetdo you get from supplements and how do you get from actual food on a daily basis? Sometimes I get so frustrated from trying to get in 300 grams a day from both sources. I sure wish they made a protein pill. That would be awsesome! Just wondering about the rest of you all out there!

TweetThey actually have some whey protein pills at a supplement shop by my house. They are the biggest pills I have ever seen and you have to take like 12 of them to get 30grams!
