When Donald Trump was elected, a lot of people in California signed a petition supporting the state’s secession from the U.S. It was hard to take the movement seriously—didn’t we fight a war over this?

This needs to happen! I was born and raised in northern CA...let me just say there is no more bi- polar difference in people then SoCA and nor CA....

Let them have coastal ultra liberal cali. It will fail in a year. can't just spend on social programs without taxing folk. they will tax the rich into moving out and will be left with a 3rd world hell hole.
