5'8" 200-215 range. Never over 10%bf. 20yrs old, wont be starting for another 4 months though. Training seriously since i was 18, lifting experience from 16 tho. Goal is to vastly improve quality of my physique, bodybuilding competition focused, leading through a bulking cycle, time off, cutting cycle for competition, and few months after the competition. Il decide thereafter if i want to stay on.
