TweetI am sure it will be fine. The muscles and nerves in the area are all irritated and swollen most likely. Take is easy for a couple of days. Probably some ice 15min on, 15min off for a little while might help as well.
Tweetwell I did my good morning on wednesday and everything was ok, I didn't put too much weight as I NEVER go heavy or to failure with good morning .
but wednesday something went wrong and at the first rep of the 3rd set, I felt a pain in my low back ... I was like "ok it"s just a temporary pain" ... but at the end of training the pain was getting more intense.
I went to the chiropractor and he told me my low back vertebra had moved, nothing really bad and he handled me , but the day after I woke up and could barely walk so I went to see him again and he told me it had moved again while I was sleeping, he did his chiropractic handling and I felt better .
it was yesterday and today I feel a lot better but it 's still painful when I want to raise my left leg at a certain level ...
what's wrong with me ??
I remember it happend a long time ago because of a bad move while squat but not so painful
is it going to get better in the following days ?

Tweeteven if u can, don't risk it. just take a nice week off. i always like to do that every once in a while anyways just to give my body some extra rest
Tweetthis should be the good way ... add to that the fact that I'll go back to roids in 2 weeks so my body needs to be repaired ...

TweetYeah, week off.
TweetI'd take at least 1 week away from the gym - if not two. I had a similiar problem with my back ~ stupid me trying to squat the world and then some. I could hardly move and the pain was incredible. I could hardly get out of bed. Went to a chiropractor and got adjusted four days in a row, plus had the electrical muscle stimulators worked on my back, and used a ice frequently throughout the day. After two weeks, I was able to slowly make my way back to the gym and start lifting again. I eased myself back into a very basic routine and did mostly cardio on a stationary bike until I felt like I was fully recovered. Sucked not being able to hit the gym but it comes with the territory. If your hurt...give yourself time to heal. The weights will always be there.

TweetWhen the muscles in the lower back are swollen they tend to pinch the nerves until the swelling goes away. It usually takes several days for the swelling to really go away. There may be some numbness in your toes too. I herniated a my L5 about 1 1/2 years ago and there is still a little numbness in my toes. Keep going to the Chiropractor for adjustments at least once or twice a month for the next six months or so. You can't always feel the difference right away, but if it is a good Doc they can get you straigtened out after awhile. The older you get, it almost becomes a necessity to go once a month.
TweetMIKE WHATS HAPPENING IS THAT WHEN YOUR DISC SHIFTED IT MOVED INTO YOU SCIATIC NERVE ON THE LEFT SIDE THIS IS THE REASON YOU CAN'T LIFT YOUR LEG WITHOUT PAIN, WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS STOP LIFTING OR RUNNING OR ANYTHING THAT PUTS COMPRESSION ON YOUR VERTEBRE, IF YOU DO ANY KIND OF ACTIVTY BE SURE TO ICE THE AREA AFTER, IF YOU JUST RELAXING YOU NEED TO HEAT THAT AREA FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. THEN FIND SOMETHING TO HANG FROM AFTER YOUR BACK IS WARMED UP AND THEN YOU HANG FROM LIKE A PULL UP BAR THIS WILL TAKE ALL PRESSURE OFF YOU DISC AND HELP IT SLIDE BACK IN HANG AS LONG AS YOU CAN THEN LET YOURSELF DOWN EASY AND REPEAT. TAKING ABOUT 2000 MG/DAY OF IBUPROFAN WILL HELP BUT TEAR YOUR GUTS UP FOR THAT TO HELP THATS HOW MUCH IS NEEDED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PT BEFORE CHIROPRACTIC HELP JUST MY OPINION THOUGH. GOOD LUCK.
