TweetAnyone know a link that can take me to see some pictures of people before and after that trained with iron addict or doggcrapp? Just curious to see what other people results looked like before I jumped into training with anyone. I remember reading someone here trained with one of them and put up some pics, but i cant remember who it was. (This is for people who actually trained with them, not just did there routines)

right now I'm 5'8" 218-219lbs round 13-14%. When I started with Iron Addict I was 189lbs and 18-19%BF. So I've gained probably close to 25-30lbs of muscle if you figure in the bodyfat I lost and now have "replaced" with muscle. I didn't "replace" it with muscle but you get what I mean.

Then as I progessed he slowly had been adding in volume/intensity/reps/etc. RIght now is the most volume I've been on. We will see how I handle it.
Oh but yes actually a modified WSB routine. The core foundation, lifts, set up, days lifting etc are all WSB orientated. But it's modified a bit for a Powerbuilding aspect. Still powerlifting but got some BBing in there like pulldowns, bi work, calves, etc.
