It looks like it's only about an hour from Daytona Beach (56 miles) so I know we are going to have to hit that one day. What's the nicest beach in that vacinity in your opinion?
TweetThe nicest beach is fort desoto on the west coast which is right below clearwater. As for in Daytona the beach is a different fun because the water is not as pretty and the sand is harder, but you can drive your car on the beach which is cool. Plus there's lots of stuff to do there. Not as much to do in Tampa/Clearwater area.
Tweethow long you gonna be down there for t-man?..if you have the time, you should check out st augustine, great little city. also, if going with the family, ormond beach is pretty nice. but, i happen to like clearwater beach alot.

I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
TweetYeah, I knew some chicks (strippers) from ATL that moved to Tampa and I went to stay with them for a week once. All we did was hit the strip of night clubs in Tampa and the beach the whole time. Nothing like hanging with hot strippers when you are in a different town, I didn't pay for one damn drink the whole time. I likes Clearwater but I don't know if we ever made it to Fort Desoto.Originally Posted by DJDIGGLER
TweetYeah, my family used to do a family trip to St. Augustine every year when I was younger. We are only going to be there for 4 days and some of our family isdriving down from ATL to meet us. So, I don't think they will have the energy to do anything that requires a lot of driving.Originally Posted by daved150
