Anyone ever use one of these or seen someone use them? I saw this guy who thinks is tuff shit come in the gym wearing one. I didn't know what it was at first, I said to myself why is this homo wearing a bullet proof vest? For an hour he bragged about the vest to everyone, obviously because everyone is staring at him like wtf, and all he did was solo squats (no bb) and pull ups, thats it. So I just did a search on it and learned a lot more about it.
It's a cool idea, but I would never wanna wear one of those around the gym the whole time.

I got a bro who's training for the fire dept and he wears one. When he's at the gym he only wears it on the stair machine. He did wear it a couple times when we went hiking. I thought he was nuts because I was dying as is and this dude had and extra 40 lbs on.

I've never used one but I would like to try it while doing cardio. Sounds killa. The problem is how many gym accessories can one man buy before it gets to be too much? If a man were to do all his exercises with bodyweight alone (no machines, no weights) just push-ups, pull-ups, dips etc. a weight vest might really enhance his program.

I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven."--Schwarzenegger
