      I am a new user and I'm not sure how this stuff works, but I thought I would throw a question out. I am currently powerlifting and am coming off a cycle. Should I change my workout in order to compensate when coming off?

      what are you taking post cycle, is sounds as if this is your first time, i hope you have clomid on hand. what was your cycle?

      Default my cycle

      It was my first time so I took these:

      D-bol 25mg/day (6 weeks)
      Sten 2mL/3 days a week (6 weeks)
      Nolvadex 40 mg/day everyday, and will use it for my post cycle.
      I did research and I should be fine with taking this instead of clomid right? I have a few friends who suggested it, and they kept their gains.

      I dont have much experience in this, because it was my first time, I would like to take another cycle, but not for a while, but I would like to do it right.

      short cycle you got there. well from my experience from numerous friends including those on this site here, they unanimously agree that psot cycle therapy, should include at least clomid, but to do it right, you should also take HCG. do a search and i am sure that you will find somemore answers, as this is common question. read the steroid profiles here to, i can't remember if sten is on there, but they give you a good example of what to take post cycle for that particular gear

      thanks for the help! I really appreciate it. I will look into it. Although I am sure you wouldn't give me bad info.

      So when I am done with my cycle, should my workouts be temporarily toned down. I've done a little research and found that it can be bad if I try to maintain the same workout when not on the cycle. What do you think??

      Nolva is fine. Cut your volume of sets down and keep calories high and you will be fine.

      my bros and i cut our sets by 2 per exercise, the possibility of overtraining is more possible post cycle. plus i also like to take in supplements that i don't take on cycle, like creatine.
