TweetMy buddy has 2 bottles of QV EQ and QV WIn 50mg. How should he run it? He's got alot of BF and he wants to slim down as much as possible. I was going to tell him to take the EQ at 400mg a week for 10 weeks and run the Win M,W,F at 100mg each day until the bottle runs out. What does everyone think? He will be following a strict diet also. A dozen egg whites a day, protein shakes 3x a day, and chuicken breast everyday. Plus cardio at 3x a week for about 40minutes.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

TweetI would have him hit the strict diet for about a month to drop some of that body fat b4 starting the cycle. An EQ/Winny cycle works so much better the leaner that you are. I think 50mgs of winny eod would be suffice. and the 400 mgs of EQ sounds right on.

TweetIm doing the same cycle..1cc of QV win and 1/2cc of QV eq every other day..started 2 1/2 weeks ago..so far no weight lose but I am looking leaner..my self,my girl and all my friends notice me shaping up and looking bigger and leaner..plus I diet and walk/run/jog on that boring ass treadmill for 20-30 mins aday..
