TweetI finally was able to bench over 200lbs...
I lost any of the little amount of body fat I had and got alot more ripped. Gained atleast 1/2" in almost all aspects.
Finally overcame my shoulder injury!

shoulder press went up to 185
shoulders are very squared and blocky
back is thicker and has a good v-taper
but i am still a baby bull![]()
