TweetIm on the first week of my thrid cycle (last cycle was last year of deca and cypiontate). Now Im taking 200mg of eq 2 times a week, and 300mg of Sustenon 2 times a week. I was going to include DBol but didnt because my liver isnt 100 percent healthy. Do you think that just the eq and test sustenon will be good enough? im running it for 10 weeks. Will this cycle bulk me up? or just give me Lean definition? How do u suggest i should i eat? this is my eating schedule. Do you think its good? i would like to gain around 15-20 pounds but not get too bloated. Wat do you suggest. Im 5'10 173lbs..thanks for your help
7am Chiken breast and one cup of rice
10 am 6 egg whites/ with protein shake of 50g of protein 1gm of carbs
12pm 1 chicken breast and 2 cups of rice
3pm Isopure protein shake 50g of protein 1g of carb
5pm Steak no rice
7pm chiken ceaser salad
10-11pm protein shake

Tweetwell i did it one time wen i was 18 then another wen i was 19 ...and this one now is my third..the thing about me is that i always do a cycle but after im done with it...i slack on going to the gym...so i always loose my gains...but after this cycle im gonna keep training hard...well today is feb. 4 and i am on my 7th week... ive gone up around 16lbs..i started weighing 170 and now im up to 186 ...189 after eating...so hopefully in the next 5 weeks that i have left, i hope to gain around 8 more lbs...i want to hit up another cycle 2 months after im done with this one..do u guys think its a good idea? because i want to be weighing around 205-210...and what do u guys sugest i take? pleaseeeeeee help

One thing everyone will sa is that you should have waited til you were 21 to start, but there's nothing you can do about that now. As for eating, you need to eat a shitload more imo. I like to get between 4k and 5k calories when on cycle. Try to do 40/40/20 (Carbs/Protein/Fat). Also, do not start another cycle until at least 10 wks after this one and after you have had your bloodwork checked for stable levels. I personally would run the sust/eq cycle for 12-14 wks since they are both better for longer term use.........or at least the eq anyway.
