TweetIt is not going to make a huge difference whether before or after. You really don’t have to take it at any specific time, other than that you do what to take it with food. Your goal is muscle saturation.
It is preferable that you take it with a high protein, high simple carbohydrate food. That is why most take it after a workout. After a workout you should consume an easily digestible protein and carbohydrate (whey protein powder and dextrose is optimal), therefore it makes good common sense to take your creatine then.
