      hi im a newbie and need help plaining my supplement intake. i have no explode, creadrive, liquid yohimbe, amino acids, glutamine, and whey protein. im 21 195lbs, and 17 percent body fat. ive been working out for a while and have a good frame. when and how much of each should i take. i do mandatory cardio for the navy 3x a week and lift weights 4 times a week. Id like to good some solid lean muscle mass and harden up.

      If you're just looking to add some lean mass, with your Navy training routine, you only need to focus on your diet. However, supplements can certainly help. With supps, you don't really need to take anything outside the recomended dosages. Just make sure you get the following in your diet: 1 gr.protein/lb bodyweight...2 gr.carbs/lb bodyweight...keep fat below 75 or so. From here, just drink plenty of water and keep portions sizes and time appropriate. You are prob already fairly lean from the military, so just lift big and you'll be fine.....good luck...shiner

      Make sure that the protein for post workout is taken as follows: 25 gr. immediately after w/out.....then 30 min later another 25 gr. After that, continue with your mealplans. Personally, I take more glutamine than whats recomended but that's your call...peace
