TweetIf you're just looking to add some lean mass, with your Navy training routine, you only need to focus on your diet. However, supplements can certainly help. With supps, you don't really need to take anything outside the recomended dosages. Just make sure you get the following in your diet: 1 gr.protein/lb bodyweight...2 gr.carbs/lb bodyweight...keep fat below 75 or so. From here, just drink plenty of water and keep portions sizes and time appropriate. You are prob already fairly lean from the military, so just lift big and you'll be fine.....good luck...shiner
