Tweeti've been doin cardio, ab exercises and working out for the last 4 or 5 weeks hard. i've lifted weights for about 3 years now. im takin a protein shake and creatine as of right now and i was wondering if i could also take hydroxycut to help rip my stomach up. i've also been dieting and watching what i eat. any suggestions are appreciated

Tweetwell creatine works almost like a steroid by adding a certain amount of water to the muscle fiber making it fuller. and the hydroxycut is taking water and body fat out, so you may lose a tad but i wouldnt think it would be much if at all. with just protein and creatine your not gonna "blow up" like you were on steroids anyway. it will be a slow process to build muscle.

Tweetin my opinion, taking those thermogenics actually helps my workout. i get so "wired" that i feel like i have much more energy in the gym, and at least sometimes i feel like i am stronger.
