multi-vitamin's effects

Tweetwhen i take my multi-vitamin or even a b-complex, i find that my urine turns bright yellow. it happens every time. now, i've been told that this means that the toxins in your body are being drained out, b/c of the vitamins introduced into your system. Is this true?? Does anyone else experience this? I'm mainly worried that, instead, the vitamins are going "straight through me", and I'm not gaining the benefits.

LMAO! Tuna does the same to me as well. Makes my urine smell like low tide. As for the vitamins, I spread them out throughout the day as well. Generally take a multi vitamin in the morning and in the evening with a meal. Nothing will help clear the color of your urine except lots of water. Never heard anything about the color being related to the amount of toxins being expelled from the body. New to me.
