Tweetyou can still do it in the am bro i go to work at 6:30am in the gym 5:15 am do my cardio and at work on time
TweetI have a question regarding maintaining a low BF for the next couple months. The reason I was able to get cardio in every morning is because I worked from 10:00 until 6:00pm, weight trained after work in the evening.
well, now my work shift has changed from 7:00am til 3:30pm, when should I do cardio??? Im thinking of doing cardio 3-4 days per week still for 30 mins, but when should I do it, after weight training. I just that I would be burning muscle.

You could always go running at 5 am but that F'IN SUCKS. But just think about Mike Tyson in his prime used to go running at 3-4am every night.
I hate running personally and I don't/won't do it concrete is like a "Joint destroyer" Knees, ankles etc
By the way I aam literally amazed at that transformation.
TweetThanks bro, and yes i hate running.Originally posted by AceDaBoss

Yellow, give me a good 15 min HIIT workout to try. My shift changes on monday.
TweetOh, would you like me to do the cardio for you also?
Make sure you lighly sprint and stretch real good before any of this, one pull and you might as well start bulking.... heres a variation of mine:
2 40 yard sprints 75% of speed
4 40 yard sprints full speed
4 60 yard sprints full speed
10 yard shuttles (down and back, down and back, etc) for 1 minute, rest, repeat. (I usually do this 3-4 times)
Done.
Tweetdamn, you do this even when your not cutting? Where do you do this?
And yes, if you dont mind, please do the cardio for me, thanks
TweetI have a nice big track near my house with an empty, grass field in the middle. You can do it in your back yard, at a baseball or football field, inside. You'll want to 'cool down' afterwards, I usually lightly jog once or twice around the track, then walk to my car.Originally posted by Shear_Madness
