TweetI've made Fina a dozen or so times without any problems. I made a batch for some guy about 6 weeks ago. He now tells me after being in his closet for six weeks the fina turned green. I've never heard of this before. Any feedback would be appreciated.

TweetSounds fishey to me. If it was oxidizing (because he baked it or something), it would get darker yellow or even brown. I can't think of anything that would turn it green except maybe some food coloring.
