TweetHow many cals have you been getting lately? How much does it differ when on vs off cycle?
I know lots of guys are getting in like 5-6k calories and recently Ive been thinking alot about how to get more good cals in. I get around 3300 give or take 200. I try and usually do eat like every 2.5 hours too but try to watch the fats too.

Tweeti keep em the same always but when i come off and about to start back on my cycle, i diet for 4-5 weeks, very low carbs and calories and then shock it again.. and u will blow up like a tic
