ok...been a LOOOOONG time since i did deca. i've done npp for the last few times, and i dont bloat nearly as bad.... as i remember, deca has 2 side effects, that are big ones for me, i would like to keep too a minimum. 1 is bloat!! my head / face looks like the michellin man on deca!!! blows up nine sizes too big!! and it turn red!! i look like an alcoholic when i do deca. how do you guys keep the bloat down beside watching the sodium intake? (thats a no brainer)

thats what i thot yu'd say,both run at the same dose that is.may want to start the deca at 300 and move up slowly each week till yu start seeing the sides.Or run the test at 700 and keep the deca at 300-400.Just a couple options if the sides hit you that hard.

yeah,but start the deca at 300 and you may not have to deal with the sides as bad once you get to 500,do this,say over the course of 4 or 5 weeks is what i'd do And do some research on some of the pct chems will help with the bloating i believe but i cant rem which ones. You and I being old timers i think you'll like test at 750 and deca at 500...good luck,lemme know how it goes bro.

oh yea...ldex i believe help control bloat!!! boy...sure be nice if some of these other duoches would chime in....jeez....i'm the only fuker to do deca and test???

i always ran it about 500 test 3-400 deca. Always love how it makes my joints feel. I never had a problem with bloat at that dose. Always took anastrozole to keep the test bloat in check.
