TweetSometimes to over come a weight loss plateau or even a bulking plateau you can change your micro-nutrition ratios. For example, someone on a bulking diet might be keeping their fat ratio too low and increasing it will help muscle grow. Same thing with dieting. Fat intake my be too high. Next time you hit a plateau take a closer look at your micro-nutrition ratios as well as your calories.
Btw, I'm seeing a change in bf since I change to carb cycling. Maybe you've been on one type of diet too long. Try something different and see what happens.
