update on the triplets...

TweetWell the kids are growing great! My wife is as big as a house in the stomach other then that she really has not changed. She has had no swelling or anything like that. From behind you cant tell she is pregnant until she turns around and then most people are like "oh my god!" My wife did have to go into the hospital for 48 hours but they then released her after determining that there was no change in her contractions. She is having a lot of contractions so we have to see the doc every few days. Right now she is at 31 weeks so she is scheduled to deliver at 35weeks which I am getting very excited for. The little buggers are getting very active and they got their first steroid shot the other day to help with the development of the lungs (their not even born and they are juicing lol) From the ultrasound my baby girl is looking big at 4lbs, and the identical boys are about 3lbs 5 oz. Which I guess for triplets is big so far. I actually can play with them at night which seems to be their most active time of the day. I can push on her stomach and they push back, I really think its funny to watch them move around I am waiting for one of them to pop through her tummy. Its like watching the movie aliens and its all over her stomach.

Oh I am now the proud owner of a damn minivan went and got one last weekend. Everything opens with a push of a button which is kind of cool. I got the babies room ready the all the cribs painted the room a very light green and decorated the room with winnie the pooh stuff. So the only thing that we are really missing is diapers and babies LOL.

Buy some every week if you can and get at least one box of premies because triplets are usually smaller and even if they aren't too small the premies will still fit. Tell your wife she's a hell of a trooper and be prepared for no sleep. One kept us up every 2 hours to eat so feeding three should be interesting.

That I am! It looks like the little girl is going to look like me from the 3D pictures and the boys are a combination of both of us. Its really weird every time a see a new born now I just stare at it and am amazed by it. I went to a bbing show and there was a really small new born and I think I told people more about the new born then the show LOL

We dont get to much sleep as it is. The babies are moving to much for her to get comfortable and she is up every 2 hours to run to the little girls room. I think they are just trying to prepare us LOL

I have started to do that I got lots of size 1's and a few boxes of premies but I dont want to buy to much since they are on a good growth right now. We are going to try and wake all of them up when one is hungry and feed all of them so we dont have to continually be waking up to feed just one. I think I would end up going crazy with trying to feed when each one is hungry.
