TweetI finishing up my Keto diet (reduced Calorie), t3 and eq/winny/fina cycle. Lost quite a bit of bodyfat and want to avoid a nasty bounce back.
Any suggestion on avoiding a bounce back.

Tweeteat a good fiber diet and slowly introduce carbs again until you get to a maintanence point. also up the cardio as need be if fat starts to come fast.

I lost a good 20 pounds in weight terms, I have my bf checked once im off.

TweetYeah, like bigjim said, introduce carbs (low gi carbs) slowly over time. You will gain weight back, which will just be glycogen and water. Keep cals in check and you should be fine.
