TweetIMO, i would take out the 3:00pm protein shake and substitute it with some tuna/pasta. Some type of complex carbohydrate to get you energized for your 5pm workout. Then after your workout, intake the 2 scoops of whey protein shake. Anyone else?
TweetWhat's up everyone? I'm new to the game and I want to know if my diet is cool....
5:00 AM 4Days a week Cardio 3miles (Yeah I know I need to increase this)
7:30 AM Protein Shake 2 scoops, Peanut Butter tbsp, 1/2 banana
12oz Skim Milk
10:00 AM Tuna on wheat (Should I cut this in half?)
12:00 PM Baked chicken wings 6 - 8 (drummettes) , salad w/vinagarette dressing
3:00 PM Protein Shake 2 scoops, Peanut Butter tbsp, 1/2 banana
12oz Skim Milk
5:00 3Days a week workout
8:00 Meat (Chicken mostly) and Veggies
I'm currently 6'1 and 230lbs. I use to weigh almost 300lbs. I would like to get around 200 and then cut up. The ladder of the pound have been hard to lose. Am I consuming too many carbs with the Milk and the Wheat Bread? Or am I getting enough...

TweetVery good call. Take the protein shake after your workout, you need protein after a workout.
TweetYour cardio looks fine too me. I would not up it. I would go with 4 days per week workouts. Make sure you are eating natural peanut butter. Use water in your protien shakes. It looks pretty good to me other than these little things, plus your results speak louder than words. It looks like you are having great results.
