      That can help me get at least 8 hours straight sleep,I have been having trouble for a while now getting my 8 hours straight sleep,been getting at least 5-6 and sometimes 2-3 here and there,I tried almost everything OTC including melatonin to no avail,anyone have any suggestions other then going to the doctor and getting some sleep meds like ambien.

      Unisom always knocked me out for about 10 hours. Trying sominex now and it doesn't do crap.

      Or you could take a bar and a few beers, put you right to sleep.

      Last time I did that I woke up with a broken sternum and a lose of most of the memories from the day before.

      I wouldn't recomend it really, just stating it would work....
