TweetOf course they are. Sunscreens are bad. The sun is bad. So stay inside and get fat because you can't eat healthy now that chicken is bad, beef is bad, eggs are bad, vegetables are bad, etc....


It seems like every time I turn on the news, they are talking about what's bad. It's getting pretty ridiculous. How anyone could be healthy going by the guidelines that are being set forth in today's society is beyond me.


Just my rant against them..not you Dzone. I was just talking with my co-worker about this yesterday.

I tend to agree that it is ridiculous that "everything" these days is bad for you. But we have to at least pay attention to things. Like artificial sweeteners cause more calls to the CDC about bad reactions than any other thing. They are proven neurotoxins. Causing loads of brain and nervous system issues. It is now being proven that fluoride in municipal water is not a good thing. Do we just ignore this kind of information and say screw it everything is bad for you?

I just find it funny that everything that has been known to be good for you is getting thrown under the bus all of the sudden. More and more people are becoming reliant on meds and going to the doctor for every little thing. I have seen many people I work with or know become hypocondriacs because of the stuff they hear on the news. The US takes more prescription meds and has more health problems...coincidence? I don't know man. I just don't buy into alot of this stuff. Stuff like the flouride is different....I have been reading for years that it is not good for you. It just seems like everything is bad for you in one way or another.....what is a person supposed to do?
