TweetOk i was gonna do like 10 weeks of winny in this cycle but then i felt like 50mg ed wasnt enough becuase after 10days all i had seen was a little vascularity and thats bout it. So im upping it to 100mg ed and runnign 1-6 but now i kinda want to run var 6-12 what do you guys think of 2 things

TweetIve used IP winny...all were fake. I ran 300mg ED for 6wks lol...lets assume thats not the case though...

You may notice your joints dry out and hurt alot if you go up to 100mg ED. I know mine sure did before.


For the question...I say 40mg MIN. I run 20mg at times off cycle and while it does keep the small gains rolling, and does seem to help with fat loss, I wasnt really shocked or impressed by that dosage. I liked 40mg much better...so I guess thats the min I would say for nice gains.
