TweetI train 6 days a week but Im wondering what other people have had the most success with. Should I be training the same muscles once a week or twice? My diet is good and I've been gaining size lifting each one once a week. I realize everyones body responds differently but I'm just asking for other opinions.

TweetI prefer once every 6 days myself... but once a week is fine too. 2 times a week is going to be too much for most people.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Tweetonce a week unless your cycling, then your recovery time will be better and you can hit certain areas a 2nd time.

Tweeti do 6 on 1 off, and i hammer each muscle group hard enough, bordering on over training, that doing anymore is goign to be detrimental. If you can work a muscle twice a week, your not working it hard enough in the first place. And do do, heavy and then light, a msucle regrows when you dont work it out, alls your doing with heavy then light, is breaking it down again 3 days later. I overly recovered muscle, is a stronger muscle. There are always going to be gentic freaks who train twice a week, like Ronnie or Arnold, but unless you are them, dont imitate them.
