Tweetok this is not for me . It's for a good friend of mind . He is 25 yr . old male 5'11" 245 lb. his BF is between 15 and 20 % . He works out regulary at the gym . He works two or three jobs . He has never done a cycle of AS before , so this will be his first . He would like to know a good cutting cycle for his first try on the darkside . He ask me , but because I've only done one bulking cycle of sust. 250 and Deca . I didn't want to talk like I know something I don't . I could use all the recommendation to lead him the right way . The diet , and work out program I can handle.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. TweetFor you maybe try a test/eq cycle. for your friend maybe either winny/prop or fina/prop. But like other people said get him on here.

TweetHe should really try to get under 13% BF before cycling. Tell him to lay off the weights, do dome cardio and watch his diet for 2-3 months, read up ask questins and then winny /prop/eq.....second cycle he could do some test/fina in light eod doses.
TweetDont tell him to lay off the weights and add cardio. That will leave him weak with no muscle then when he hits up his cycle he will hurt himself. There was an article lately i cant remember where that lifting weights and cardio burns about the same amount of calories anyways. plus it helps keep your muscle. Get his diet in check.

TweetThank's to all that replied . Yes his diet will be in check . I've actually see the kid eat . His pretty clean about his food habits . He does like a couple of beers on the weekend , but there aren't many people who don't . He's one of these people who can put on mass just by looking at protein . I'll run all the suggestions by him tonight . Thank's again.
