TweetPossibly doing it every three days may work. What I mean is thickness movements on monday(rows of all kinds, and dealifts) and width movements on thursday (all different kind of pullup, pulldowns, straight arm rows, etc) But, I would hit it hard in one session IMO. DB pullovers are great for adding mass. Make sure you include deads too.
Remeber, soreness and pump are not a good indicator of growth.
