TweetI was just curious as to if doing lets say 2-3 double days a week and takin off 2 days out of the week (so basically working out mon-fri, hitting 3 muscle 2x a wk)
would be overtraining even while "on"? I was just curious as i am going to be starting a cycle soon and was thinkin of rotating body parts a week so that i could hit 3 body parts twice a week. i was just thinking that if you try to work the routine so that you can give the muscle atleast a good amount of rest would that keep you out of overtraining? thanks for the input.
