      I think I might have a tape worm hanging out in my stomach. Lately, I've been pounding down a pound of ground beef at night - at least 4 nights out of the week, I've gone home and ate a sensible dinner but later on I get super hungry. Next thing I know - I'm slamming down a pound of ground beef 95% lean with a bowl of cottage cheese. What the hell is wrong with me. But the thing is this - I don't wake up in the morning feeling bloated. My abs are actually starting to come out. I've got myself a fairly descent 4 pack going on. Strange.
