      this extra BF. i don't care if i lose a bit of muscle i need to shed this shit while i'm in thsi cast and recovering. i'm sure i get the muscle back quickly. at least i'll be doin something for improvements

      ya know whats weird. i'm not hairy so my forearms only have hair on top. however on my forearm with the cast the 2 inches that are showing is now completely covered with hair. never had hair there before and its only on my right arm...wtf!
