TweetI dont hear that much about timing when it comes to taking such orals as dbol, winny, etc. With regards to dbol, I know that popping a couple before a training session is not going to give you better strength or make you notice a difference, I see a lot of you agree with this and explain that there is no reason behind doing this. BUT, lets say you just split them up throughout the day, taking first dose apon waking, that means there should be a spike shortly after, in my case, for an example, coming a time while Im sitting on my ass. Wouldnt a person benefit more if the spike did come while training, whether you feel the effects or not. I know that splitting it up keeps blood levels stable, but lets say you took the entire dose prior to training, you would get the entire spike while training, utilizing every bit of the oral AS. What are your thoughts. I always hear dbol is the breakfast of champions, what purpose does taking dbol in the morning serve if you train in the evening?

I train in the morning bro. and I started doing that because evn cybegenics bottles told me to. you may want to look at switching it up a bit and turn around your schedule
switching up my schedule is out of the question. I leave for work at 5:30am and my gym doesnt open until 6:30. So im guessing that the benefit of taking a dbol dosage in the am would mainly be for increased protein synthesis. So, lets say im taking 30mg dbol, for example, Im thinking the best way would be 10mg in the am with breakfast and 20mg an hour to an hour and a half prior to workout. Am I correct in this thinkin, if not, someone please set me straight.
