TweetI had the same result when I used winny. I used it for 9 days and felt weaker in the gym, although I started to get cut up pretty well. It was IP so who knows if it was winny or not.

If your gear is shit and you're training very intensely (more intensely than usual), you're probably not recovering properly/overtraining.
