but my ? is that i'am having sharp pains all over..legs, knees, calves, wrist, ankle and so forth and y is that????

Remember a couple months back, we all talked about how our arm/hand (whatever) would fall asleep and wake us up at night b/c of the tingling pain? A lot of other bros were experiencing this. What you're feeling could very well be due to the extensive rebuilding that your body has done lately while 'on' (not to mention GH) and the excessive new red blood cell production. Your body has been exp. massive blood volume and (no doubt) some serious 'pumps' these past few weeks/months. Not saying this is the case....but it could be. If I were you, I'd check with the doc (hopefully you got a trustworthy one) and let him/her know what you're feeling. Prob nothing, but you never know. Anytime you're talking bout sharp pains/nerves or whatever, it prob IS the CNS just being torn down and trained a little too hard (happend to me before) or the simple answer of your body's hydration being out of balance.
