      OK.........got even the wifes approval and will be starting tomorrow.............I have gotten out of shape (but am still good enough to run gear...still got a good base) Stats: 5th cycle, 28 years old, 14-15 years lifting, 5'5", 190, BF:well worse than it was but basically just got a little gut and chubby cheeks going on, this will be a cutter, cardio 6 days a week, high protien, moderate complex carbs, low fat diet. Im keeping the test doseage fairly low....
      Weeks 1-12: Test Enanthate: 250 mgs every 3 days
      Weeks 1-12: Primobolan Depot: 100 mgs every 3 days
      Weeks 1-5: Anavar: 25 mgs every day
      Weeks 1-5: Proviron: 25 mgs every day
      Weeks 8-14: Winny: 50mgs every day
      Weeks 13-17: Proviron 25 mgs every day
      Weeks 1-17: Nolvadex 20mgs every day
      Weeks 15-17: Clomid Therapy
      -I know the var doseage is kinda low but its all I got and my source dosnt seem to respond to my emails anymore
      -Do you think 100 mgs of primo every 3 days is enough or should I go up to 200 mgs every 3 days?

      looks good but see if u can get more var and run it at 50/day or just save the ones you have..also bump up the primo to atleast 200every 3 days, 100 isnt enough.

      I don't like it and if your that out of shape you should start working out and cardio first to get your bf down before you start anything, imo. How many cycles have you done??

      Scar...pct is weeks 15-17...thats 15, 16, 17..... that 1, 2 ,3 weeks.....in first grade we learned that 3 is one more than 2. Now lets try saying our alphabet........!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      Just fucking with ya bro ...Im doin the 3 week clomid pct...along with nolva and proviron I think Ill be good...thanks

      gusto, with all due respect....

      You don't need a cutter, you need to dial in your diet/cardio. Gear, especially the gear you've chosen, ain't gonna do a hill of beans to shred one ounce of fat.

      Why not hold on to your gear, diet down, and put it to good use when you're ready to bulk up again? Seriously, I'll bet that if you gave it two months, you'd lean out just fine without all that bullshit.

      Here's what I don't like about your cycle:


      - I don't think that you should be running a cutter, at all. A cutting cycle is for athletes who have bulked a few times, cut naturally, and need to get that last little bit off for contest prep OR for those athletes who meet the above criteria and just want to look like their contest-ready. You're not there, right now. Nor am I frankly, so please don't take this as a critcism.

      - Primo: not enough to be effective
      - Test might not be enough to stave off muscle wasting
      - not enough var - you won't see any benefit
      - no need to run nolva, unless you're seeing signs of gyno
      - proviron isn't doing anything for you in weeks 1-5
      - cycle is too long for a cutter, imo. keep a cutter to no more than 8 weeks. otherwise, you're going to lose more muscle than you really want to.

      i disagree on the est not being high enough... e3days is still 500mg week. im not even on that much now and i'll grow.

      - I think the proviron would help him 1-5 def, why not?

      1. my math skills apparently suck! You're absolutely right!

      2. I guess that I think that in his case, Proviron at 25mg ED would suit him better in PCT. How do you think that it will benefit him during his cycle?

      see, that's what I was thinking - he's not taking anything that's going to bloat him. I get the fact that it enhances te effects of Test, I just didn't think that it would be that significant, as opposed to helping his boys get back on line in PCT

      But, I've never used Proviron personally, so, I'm definitely not an expert

      Test E will bloat him.. even though its not fully kicked in for a few weeks doesnt mean he wont start holding water. im holding 4-5 lbs of it right now and im only 1.5 wks into a test e /masteron e cycle... my test is at 450mgs/wk too... and not ot mention masteron has anti e properties too
