Its about eggs and egg whites.. Since I'm gettin tired of cookin egg whites on a pan.. I was wondering if I can boil like 10 eggs.. and just eat 8 egg whites and two whole eggs..so in reality its 10 egg whites with two boiled yolks..

So with all this I was wondering if bolied egg whites lose their protein quality.. or not..?

Its much easier eating them boiled then.. the old fashioned way.
